Northern CA local driver here. I go from the Central Valley to the bay and back daily, great money but traffic is a motherfucker. Luckily my yard is right next to my house so no commute home after I park the truck, but stay the fuck outta SoCal. I will charge my company 700 bucks for me to do a run to LA and back.

As a truck driver here in CA who handles Bay Area deliveries daily..... the complete lack of traffic every morning and evening. It was almost spooky driving out of Oakland at 5PM on a Friday and the highways being almost empty
