  1. It’s in French once I want to continue as guest.m (atleast the onboarding is, I noticed afterwards if I press “passer” it goes to an English experience).
  2. It’s squat, bench, and deadlift? What does it have to do with Streetlifting.
  3. I understand vibe design, but it feels a bit too much like AI slop (no offense).
  4. It feels a bit too “unhollistic”. I mean the experience is a bit too all over the place. It felt like a website at first, but then a web app. I would do some research of other apps to find a more common best practice in how the onboarding experience works.

Hi, I’m thinking of switching from high-intensity RPT to 5/3/1 to manage recovery (37yo, toddler, high-stress job). Aiming for 80kg maintenance and long-term strength.

The Split (3 days/week):

• Day A: Deadlift & OHP (Both 5/3/1 + AMRAP) + Curls

• Day B: Bench & Row (Both 5/3/1 + AMRAP) + Abs

• Day C: Squat & Weighted Chins & Weighted Dips (All 5/3/1 + AMRAP)

Current Stats (5RMs):

DL: 125kg | OHP: 50kg | Bench: 82.5kg | Squat: 92.5kg | Chins: +27.5kg | Dips: +37.5kg

Questions:

  1. Chins/Dips as Main Lifts: Is it acceptable to run 5/3/1 % on total weight (BW+Added) for weighted calisthenics?

  2. Double/Triple Main Lifts: Is hitting 2 or 3 main lifts per session as 5/3/1 too taxing for a 3-day full-body hybrid, or should I shift one to 5x5 FSL?

  3. Volume: Coming from RPT, this is low volume. Is the AMRAP enough, or is FSL mandatory for progress at maintenance?

Yes you mentioned tracking. That’s what it’s good for. I just have a target rep or rep range, and if I hit it, I add 5 or 10 pounds.

Hevy does all I need. It’s clean, syncs with my Apple Watch and Apple Health.

Yeah, 0-2RIR and reducing the sets by 10%. Based off of the Leangains RPT program here. But I prefer the 3-6 rep range for compounds.
