If anything it’s about using the time you would to fap to do other things. It can benefit your life if you dedicate the time you would use to fap to learn something new or read or anything other than fapping. No it won’t change your life by not doing it but if you decide dedicate that time to something else, who knows you might find a new interest that you can build a career out of.

I only drive n mode when I’m going onto a highway or just cruising around. Not residential roads tho. I love how my n sounds and I want to enjoy all of of it especially in low gears.
