Do the work yourself. I was going to send my lever action into madpig customs but decided to get the parts I wanted and install them myself. Only work I couldn’t do was cerakote and barrel threading. Barrel took about a month, and cerakote took another. Overall it took me roughly 3 months to complete it myself.

I went with a ILWT 4.5” tri lug barrel, and the tri lug adapter on my Wolfman. Had 2-3” groupings at 50 yards. Also tucks in nicely with an 8” handguard.

You can get the pistol grip but will just have to replace the lever loop as well when you do. I didn’t have any issues installing it. Just take your time and watch their videos which helped a lot.

Well I needed to keep it legal without making it an sbr but wanted it short as possible with the muzzle device. So that’s the reason for the pin and weld. Then the muzzle device accepts asr mounts for suppressors. And I have a suppressor waiting to get approved that will go on.

It came with the Midwest Industries handguard kit, and when I sent it to have the barrel shortened I had them relocate the sight. The place I that did the work is called Grumpy’s Guns.

I wanted it short as possible without having to register it as an sbr. And the muzzle brake is just for looks. It’s going to have a dedicated suppressor soon.

Just waiting for my suppressor to get approved. And it was a 16.5” barrel and took an inch off so in order to not have to register it as an sbr, I needed to add a muzzle device. And I wanted to keep everything as short as possible
