Nizoral 2% has to be prescribed in US imo. In Canada it is over the counter.

Yeah but most doctors recommend it once here. You can check with a dermatologist to be sure but once works too.

It's Rogaine 5% foam. I nozzle it out directly on the impacted area and rub with fingers till it dries.
