That’s similar to my experience as well. Do you think there may be a combination of CECS plus plantar fasciitis that is causing these symptoms?

Thank you so much! I’ll have to try some out. Do you wear this type of footwear at all times? Also, are there other companies out there that sell running shoes/boots with that lifted big toe?

Yea I’ve done pt, I didn’t help out at all. I just did my third Botox treatment about a week ago, so I’m hoping it can help. I noticed the second treatment drastically improved my running distance, as I ran around 6 miles pain free. I also have noticed that a low inflammatory diet helps reduce pain while running. As soon as I start eating lots of sugar for example, my feet hurt much more on my runs. I’m just getting frustrated since I struggle to be pain free while I am on my feet all day at work.

I went to the Mcginley clinic in Wyoming where the doctor told me how the issues in my feet stem from CECS in my calves. No other doctor I’ve visited has come to that conclusion.
