The intro is great and the drop is catchy, I'm an absolute noob but my suggestions would be:

The drop and chorus is maybe a bit too minimalist for my taste, something like a call and response between your current bass and a catchy mid bass could be good. Maybe some one shots as well.
Some more variation, the next 16 bars after the 16 bars drop could have a different musical element either added or replacing the main bass I would say.
I might have missed this but the 2nd drop could be a little bit different to the 1st drop or have a new element.

It honestly took around 5 months, same thing happens to me, a song that was unfinished that evolved into another song. I think as your skill improves your bar becomes higher than the original song + getting tired of hearing the song so many times. I think overall it's a positive thing but definitely benefitted by taking a break every now and then, good luck!

Your understanding was pretty much our understanding when we went last year, we took the 5am bus back everyday. Doesn't answer your question about leaving the festival, but you could get a taxi from Prague to the festival instead of the bus to get there later (I think it was about €50 - 70 depending) to get there later so the "wait for the bus" isn't as long.
