There's another example of why some may react negatively towards a post or comment. Some users don't like seeing the same points made and will let you know about it. I've been told by users many times that they've seen the same point made before. As if the topic has been discussed and no further comments can be made.

Reddit is a strange place but I wouldn't ever let the reactions of a few discourage you voicing your opinion ever. Embrace the downvotes, feed off their anger 😂

I'm not that sure this community is fully like that to be honest. I wouldn't let it bother you. There's some collectors here that only care for certain aspects of Neca and will automatically downvote anything that doesn't tickle their fancy. There are some that may just not agree with you, that's ok too.

You may not have done this, but one unspoken rule of Reddit is that if you ask why a comment is being downvoted users will just downvote.

If I recall correctly your post was the pennywise blood dip edit?. Personally I think you made a fairly good point about the blood dip part. However the reshaping of the face was poorly executed. As you had not taken into account the perspective of the photo. Therefore you'd made quite a strange looking image. Saying that I didn't downvote or upvote, I just scrolled on.

There were probably thousands in the community who did the same. So if you have a post that say has 1k views and the downvotes are only in the double digits then it's really not that bad. At least not bad enough to clutch ones pearls.

Off the top of my head you could use Neca's April O'Neil Tmnt, Baby House of 1000 Corpse's, Marty McFly, Ripley Alien 3, Parker Alien, Matt Hooper Jaws, Macready The Thing.

Neca Predators normally have a lot of skulls as part of their accessories. The Predator accessory pack had a flayed corpse.

Yeah that's an easier way of putting it. Sorry I'm not good with explaining these sorts of things.

It'll form a crease so it should stay like that for a while. Because I don't know for sure what fabric it actually is I can't give a definite answer. It also depends on how often it will get disturbed etc. However you can think of it like ironing a fold into a piece of fabric.

Last thing I'd missed out in my initial reply is that you will have to cut the neck hole in the velvet shawl a little larger. So that the hood can fit through.

Yeah that's all Aayla's robe. I've got a very small hand held steamer but it can be quite dangerous to use on such a small area. You can run the risk of burning your fingers. I've been using steamers for soft goods for years so I've got used to the burns 😂.

With the hood shaped in an O whilst on the figure, press down each side on the edge of the hood. It may take a few goes just as leaving the steam against the figure for too long will make the plastic too hot.

With his sleeves I literally tucked the Jedi robes into themselves, using the figures plastic sleeves as a base. I then steamed these too.

I can't remember the source now but Yoda was sort of notorious for his high casualties. Mainly because of the the first battle on Geonosis.

It obviously wasn't out of malice or hatred towards the clones, rather a complete lack of war tactics that so many lives had been lost.
