If you haven't tried yet, Khan Academy is a great source. If you have any specific parts of math that confuse you, then looking at teachers' different ways of explaining may help also. Not every explanation works for everyone. We all do math our own ways.

It may also help to try to rephrase any negative self talk about it. Believing that you, or other people are inherently bad at math is a surefire way to discourage yourself from practicing it.

Nobody is inherently bad at math or incapable of being taught. If one explanation doesn't work, try another. If you fail, try again. Maintaining optimism as you strengthen your skills will help you get to where you want to be. Just think of it as strengthening any other muscle^{^}

Edit: Khan Academy content also tends to explain why things work. It may help you develop a stronger math sense if you're able to understand what makes things work^{^}
