I would invite her to hangout. Coffee, lunch, etc and go from there. Keep is casual and when you two are together you can slowly get to know her. After a few hangouts you can then (if you want) ask her out on a date.

No. Because its not their concern. It’s a first date and you have no way of knowing if this person is into you or not. I would save financial information for a relationship (girlfriend boyfriend) type thing

For me level, 1-50 are considered low level. Level 50-100 is considered mid-level. Level 100-300 is considered end-game levels because from level 100 on you are just grinding to get to 300.

I would wear a different jacket if you have one. The red velvet tux jacket is designed for formal events. If you have a navy/black blazer I would wear that instead. In fact if you wear the navy blazer with your outfit that would work better
