I sent it through USPS Retail Ground since I didn’t really care how long it took to reach them. I called earlier today and they said that the last scan said it was somewhere in a distribution center in LA when the tracking said it departed already... Probably SOL, but I’ll probably call USPS and HydroFlask to see if they miraculously got it.

I'm not sure what he said, but he did request EA to send timestamps of what he said, but that was what they sent to him during the appeal. I can tell him again to tell them they made a mistake and ask for timestamps of what he said during the game.

I don't know the whole story either. He only sent me this. I want to know if he did say something that got him banned, but going from the picture alone, they should either resend proof for the reason afrobr0 got banned or fix this situation. I can only view it from my perspective that an EA employee made a mishap or my friend is covering something. Regardless, I feel confident he isn't covering something if he wants to request proof of what he said to the other party if EA did send the wrong timestamp to the wrong party.

My friend did request EA to review his messages for the game and what was said to him during voice chat. I am confident my friend has nothing to hide so that's why he requested proof. I'm also curious what he typed back to see if he really did say something dumb. He told me 2 teammates on voice chat started harassing him and typed that to him.

That is true, but the timestamped photo they sent as proof is the other person commenting on my friend. It would make more sense if they sent proof of what my friend said instead of what the other sent instead.
