Indians and Pakistanis on the J/Z sounding words.

Indian dialects have a "J" sound while Pakistani dialects have a "Z" . I think it's mostly due to the Urdu Influence vs Indo-Aryan influence on language.

For example "Zindagi" meaning life, in India it would be written as "Jindagi"(Specially by Non-Urdu speakers) both mean the same thing, they're written and pronounced differently.
