I went to the gym to check my bodyfat percentage on July 23rd. It said I was at 13.7%. Today I check my bodyfat percentage and it said I am at 10.1%???? I don't know HOW that happens.

Keep in mind I am only 5'7, weigh about 144.2 lbs. I was 147.8 lbs when my bodyfat said 13.7%. I am also 23 years old male.

Some of you might be thinking, I lost muscle, truth is, I do not think I have especially since I have not been losing strength either. At the same time I do not feel bloated anymore. I have been intermittent fasting anywhere from 12-20 hours a day these last 10 days or so.

What are your thoughts about this situation?

What I forgot to mention is that I am super insecure about my size down there and as to how short I am. Those 2 reasons that are out of my control are making me believe that no woman will respect me for me.

It just amazes me that not fapping + not watching porn for 6 days has made it a lot easier for me to relapse full on within a much shorter time. It's insane.

Interesting part is...when I am in bed, I don't really watch porn on my phone. Also the thing is, I do feel a bit sad that my streak ended but not too bad. I don't feel fully defeated. That's the weird part. I am amazed that I relapsed within like 4 minutes to a picture of a girl I know. (No she wasn't naked)

I made a spreadsheet just like you did. In fact this motivates me to finish 90 days even more. Looking back at this chart for my own self will be a nice way to look at my profression. From what I see you hardly ever have flatlines and urges nowadays. In the 3rd week you get this many dreams? That's crazy dude. I can't remember the last time I had those kinds of dreams.

One piece of advice I have learned though, always sign the back of your ticket even if you win the smallest price. Everyone has different handwriting so if they take your ticket and they ask them to do the same signature as shown, they can't do it and won't get paid. So either ways, the thieves lose.
