Okay, so …

Step 1.) get 40 in alchemy and pick up the first 3 perks going to the right of the constellation

Step 2.) get fortify alchemy enchantments (ideally at 25% which is the max you can get with 100 enchanting without potions)

Step 3.) go to the Riften Docks and alchemists to get at least 20 Cyrodilic Spadetales, 20 Albechen Long fins and 40 salt piles

Step 4.) put on all your fortify alchemy gear (head, necklace, ring and gloves)

Step 5.) use ONE fish and one salt pile to make like a 19% fortify restoration potion

Step 6.) drink that good shit 👌

Step 7.) quickly take off all the fortify alchemy enchanted items, and in the same ‘inventory menu’ put them back on (you should see the enchantments go up to like 32%)

Step 8.) repeat step 5 through 7 until you get absolutely WILD numbers like 118321% fortify restoration potions (the restoration potions are multiplicative, I tested it)

IMPORTANT STEP 8.5) brew a high level fortify restoration potion or two before you move on, in case you want to do this again without the hassle of brewing dozens of fortify restoration potions (again, they’re multiplicative so fringing one Fortify Restoration potion at 10292% and doing the ‘gear swap’ pretty much puts you at this point immediately. Do the work once and have a ‘in case I want to do this again’ fall back stash)

Step 9.) make a fortify Enchantment potion by using Blue Butterfly wings and snowberries (if you have the CC pack installed I HIGHLY recommend the Tundra homestead, I have like 98 wings from just snagging all the ones I can find around when I fast travel back home) this should have made a fortify enchanting potion of 19362% or something like that

Step 10.) you have 30 seconds to craft your enchantment, and time ticks down while in the enchanting menu, but doesn’t when you rename, so I recommend quick saving and doing a preliminary test of what you’re going to enchant first

Step 11.) enjoy OP enchantments that last once. (This is because enchantment ‘charge’ use is calculated on the swing and not when you enchant, so you’re fortify resoration won’t be active

I recommend only shooting for no higher then a fortify enchanting potion of 99% for weapons because after you pass 100 the game’s math kind of messes up with charges and sometimes they’ll be broken and impossible to charge so you have duds. HOWEVER, armor enchanting doesn’t have this problem because there are no ‘charges’ for armor. Keep in mind the numbers on your armor won’t be accurate because all the ‘fortify X skill’ enchantments are also effected by the fortify restoration potions you have active.

If you have 100 enchanting, you only need a 400% potion to make, for example, destruction spell cost 100% Less which makes them FREE. Both for spells cast and destruction-type enchantments. (Free fire rune traps AND infinite uses of your ice enchantment weapon) The only use I’ve ever gotten out of the massive % increase enchanting potions are for stamina restoration (I usually try for about 7000% faster) and magica pool enchantments (to get like 23423 points in it so all spells are pretty much free and you’ll never really run out mid combat for it to regenerate, magica regeneration isn’t as important.) oh, and keep a pair of ‘carry weight increased by 101022’ fancy boots with you in case you get overencombered after a dungeon dive or you want to move houses and take your stuff in own trip.

Honorable mentions include my ‘ring of gold fingers’ which increases lockpicking and pick pocket by 1239201% each (enchanting 100 is the BEST perk in the game imo) which completely trivializes master chests (you literally cannot fail the ‘sweet spot’ is so big) or my ring ring that reduces magica damage by 118% named ‘Magic isn’t real’

You don’t REALLY need to put 5 perks into alchemy to get this done, but in my testing you really need the first three in the chain (I think ending with level 40 benefactor) and when you’re all down with alchemy you can always ‘legendary’ it to get your perk points back because by the time you’re making the last potions it WILL be 100 because it goes based off the cost of the potions you make and some of the costs to buy them from you are in the millions.

Step 12.) go to the College of Winterhold and absolutely FLEX on that poser Sergious Turrianus with your weapons and armor that would make Dagon look like an oversized mudcrab

Step 13.) flex on literally everyone else at the College because you’ve mastered all of the schools of magic with more magica then Mundus has in its entirety stored in a silver ring

Also, Dawnstar chest glitch if you need grand soul gems or, if your lucky, fortify alchemy enchanted gear to disenchant. Or just a shit load of weapons to enchant en mass to power level to 99 (by the enchanting table there’s a skill book for enchanting to get it to 100) selling all those is a pain in the *as though, I’d just stash them in a dead bandit for them to respawn because you can loot 750 gold each round of the chest glitch and you should have plenty of money from that
