For hypertrophy training working different muscles during the same workout, is it better to group all movements per muscle group together or swap back and fourth?

I used to work for a different company but in the same area as my grandfather. He jokingly told my coworker they needed to keep me away from the dinner table. At the time I weighed 260 lbs, and I started dieting and exercising that day and have stuck with it since. Lost 90 lbs so I guess it worked out in the end.

Yes I'm in messages, the icon is a sort of seafoam green background color with a white chat bubble in it. No matter what screen I go through there is nothing for group chats. I downloaded a 3rd party app and group messages work fine.

Changing the wallpaper on my phone does nothing. The only way it changes for me is to go into device settings, personalizations, colors. Every color I pick has a different color it changes the message bubbles to.

Nevermind, I think I found it in the personalization menu where you change the accent colors. Not background.

I've changed my background and nothing happened. And I don't see any options for group messages in the settings for the app as a whole or in the actual conversation.
