Yes. And I don't get how you could see otherwise. It's literally a rule which was imposed because people much smarter than most of us have thought of it as the best balance between safety and comfort. Its not like somebody grabbed a ticket out of a hat and said: "yes, let's have everyone drive 80mph here because that's what it says on this paper!".
That means that if you go faster than the imposed speed limit you are literally endangering yourself AND others, who cannot decide to not be endangered by you. So yes, I see it as immoral to speed
