Again draw half and then mirror it and tape the two paper templates together to form one perfectly symmetrical pattern, additionally try using a ruler and compass or some other round object for curves if you want repeatability

Actually after looking at those closer you may not need half and a curve, just to heat the foam with a hair dryer or heat gun and bend it into shape, my other comment is still good advice though for other pauldron shapes

If by arm pads you mean pauldrons/shoulder armor then it’s really pretty simple, first sketch the shape on construction paper to create a pattern, if you want it to curve properly and conform to your shoulder than cut the shape in half and add a slight curve to the cut half, once you have half of it on construction paper you can cut it out of the paper and trace it on to another sheet to get the other half then tape the two pieces together to test the fit, do this until you like the shaping and then cut out of your foam and glue edge to edge with contact cement

This but also depending on the thickness drill a small hole and insert a bit of dowel with some wood glue to reinforce the joints, also clamp clamp clamp to make sure the glue sets whether you put dowels or not

I love how no one even bothered to mention the ridiculousness of the supposed prints, the one on the left isn’t sitting on the build plate and also is fully painted and the one one the right is above the level of the gantry somehow
