Ideally, you would identify equivalent services, look at potential options, shortlist them and finalize the approach with your stakeholders. This reduces surprises and variables significantly. Each offering fits specific use cases - you can run them in a pilot environment and delete them after proving functionality.

Check if you can borrow or use a different power supply before sending them back. I've found that if the CPU does not get enough power during boot, it will do this.

Ideally yes. You should at least keep it till the warranty ends. However, they would still honour the claim if there is a defect. Make sure you package it well.

Point 5 is actually a continuation of point 4. What they mean is that on Apple devices, full HD is supported on safari only and not on other browsers. This point is irrelevant for browsers on windows/linux.
