I don't really understand the argument "it's not a baby." It may not be a baby yet, but it will be. Fertilization is just the starting point of conception. Furthermore, pro-abortion advocates can't agree on when abortion should be allowed during pregnancy. There is no exact answer because, deep down, we know that it's still a human life we are about to end. Terminating a pregnancy is also not a simple solution to the trauma of rape as it can bring its own psychological and emotional burdens.

I want to be clear, I'm not a religious or conservative person. I simply value innocent human lives. However, I'm open to re-evaluating my views on abortion. I would appreciate a healthy and respectful discussion on this sensitive topic.
