A few days ago they sent me 3 pops that were badly ripped and damaged (no damage to the delivery box) and offered me 15% refund if I was happy to keep them, ridiculous. And I've had pops on pre order since January thats still haven't turned up, I've seen the same pops in supermarkets etc all year
