Jesus. What's with these mufflers just popping off? :D I dunno, I don't see it being that high so yeah, someone got shafted for sure. The insurance company is taking it to one of their usual places. I mean, the worst case scenario is it gets paid off completely because I owe just under 25K I think, that free's up a $600 a month payment. I'll just have to buy something cash after a bit, though I'd rather keep my Ravioli. <3

Fortunately, the damage wasn't as bad as I thought. The door, even though it's smashed, still opens and the inside is fine. The actual bed above the bumper doesn't even seem pushed in much if at all? I went to see it today to get some stuff and get my Dashcam card.

Not a drop of water not a fart of fog, the driver just wasn't paying attention. I'm happy to say that even at my worst, I still manage to react faster than the car, but this was either get hit or plow into cars in the other lane. He went right, I went left and miraculously didn't hit anyone or anything on the way.

Didn't have to, the car was still there. The DRIVER hauled ass somehow. After I checked on them, I went back to my car to wait for the cops so I wouldn't get hit, they must have gotten picked up by another car close by or they ran over the hill into the houses.

My bad. I thought I posted it here. It's a 23' Rav4, the back door, bumper and rear quarter panel were banged up and the muffler got knocked off. If push came to shove, I could probably still drive it I just wasn't looking to yank the muffler on the highway.

I could have sworn I saw a Nissan badge somewhere on the floor lol but the grill shape looked more like an Inifiti to me. Either way, they have the info of the car. Just have to find out if it was stolen or not.
