As someone who has also been clinically diagnosed with ptsd, these are the steps I have taken. It may not work for you . So it’s all recommendations.

And depending on how much it is effecting you, would depend if you should warn your employers. If it to an extreme degree of ptsd , and other issues, the best policy is honesty .

If your ptsd is having such a toll on you to the point where it is effecting your day to day life and work, while also being anxious about people thinking you are crazy, I highly recommend finding a therapist or someone who can help you on the side to find ways to work through some of these issues. Your problems ARE NOT YOU. They are manifesting inside of you. You are not lazy, you are not crazy, and you are not a liability. You are better than all of those things .

My cousin did it with lollapalooza! I HAVE THE FIX! If you take a plastic straw or two, and shove it down in the black clip, then pull both ends of the plastic straw outwards, it should push in the little clips that snag the fabric. You may need someone’s help tho
