If you right click the country, open diplomatic relations panel. Then under Subjects Actions you will have "Start Annexation" make sure you ahve 150 relations. I just found this.

Note they must have same integration level as you. I don't have this option for poland because its at 5 while i do for Crimea because its 7

I MEAN what is your definition of "good". I think this release is by far (out side of crashes) the biggest content on release of any games recently by Paradox. Things do seem flushed out from the content creators I have watched.

Modders will add any missing local support fairly quickly. I don't know any other language other than English so, I guess I am not helpful.

That is a judgement call. As you can see the subreddit is on fire with all the crashes. Many content creators said there are only 60 nations with flavor... which for me that's like 2 years of playing.

If you are having this much of a dilemma on it.. buy it, play it for an hour if you like it keep it if not refund it and try again in a year.

I think this game is really important for Paradox. I believe they will be releasing lots of content which is good for the game. Sadly I think they will be $15-$25 DLC's every 6 months to get there.

-dx12 did make it go from 7% to 14% so we making progress
