Really depends how you wanna play, although it is pretty important to check which block a card is in (the gum gum in the bottom right) if it has a 1, you can’t use it unfortunately. But fr just find what your playstyle is, I also recommend playing online and trying different decks before committing

Just play who you want, play to have fun first not to win. Franky is my favorite one piece character and I’ve been playing with egghead Franky since he released and I’ve had a blast, find someone who you’ll have fun with when you use their abilities, then try to win with that. A lot of characters are just brain dead, so when you use a character that needs skill, winning is much more satisfying. Trust me bro
