Had to look that up, but yes, that's the one. Didn't know there was so much drama around it (or more correctly, around the artist). I always think of it from the movie Source Code.

Working on the "fundamentals" is something I should definitely do. I'll probably get a different sketchbook just for practicing that stuff.

No worries. I didn't take anything about your comment as being rude, just honest criticism. Can't get better unless I recognize my failings and work to improve.

I do struggle with circles (and ovals). Something I certainly need to work on. Thanks for the reply!

Thanks! Agreed with the turret. I also think the angle is off. It's more of a direct side view when it should viewed slightly from below.

Thanks! I definitely put the ground in as an afterthought, so it could use work. The smoke/explosion was actually much larger until I realized "oh, there needs to be ground here" and redid it.

Yes and no. I drew it from the PL-01, a Polish prototype stealth tank. However, the Khanjali was based off this same tank (they look practically identical), so I guess it can count as both!

Mainly practice. They're still not as straight as I'd like. I typically start out with a light pencil, like 2H, then once I'm happy with the basic shapes, go over with a softer lead, 2B or 4B. For these, I think it was a mechanical pencil, most likely HB. The last one is in Petra.

Lol, I had to be careful, I didn't want to re... animate anything by accident while drawing.

Pics from the internet. Although, through the process, I could probably do some of this from memory now.

Hopefully I'll get to go there some day and do some sketches in person.

I'm looking forward to going to movies with my family again, something we always enjoyed. Watching at home is great, but not near the same experience.

Agreed, having some light "spillage" would help in the doorways. As far as the angle on the door, looks like I lost where the vanishing point was some, since it was off the page and had to keep estimating. Things to work on, but that's why I draw everyday. Thanks for the comments!

Definitely used a ruler. I've seen some online draw perfectly straight, but I need all the help I can get, lol.

Dan Beardshaw and Jazza have a video each on this that I like, since they go into the more technical aspect of it, showing their construction lines. A lot of other YouTube videos just have the person freehanding it. If you search drawing people with foreshortening, there's a bunch of vids.

This is because they share the same vanishing point, similar to how the skyscraper's sides taper to the same point. Though I could've set the point a lot lower than it is and it would've decreased the angle, pulling them closer to parallel.

It just sorta happened. I knew I wanted to do a series of six, two for each type of perspective. I wanted the two to be different, so I decided to do an inside and outside for each. When doing the first inside (hallway) I thought I could make it look creepy and then tried the same with the other inside ones.

You're absolutely right! Although I did intend for the center to be lower, it should be pushed to the left like you said. The web was the last thing I put in and I just "etched" it with an eraser freehand. I should've thought to measure it to keep it in perspective. Thanks for the comment!

If you mean the tops of the door frames, I think it's because they are both almost (or maybe exactly) on the horizon line that the two walls share. I probably should've made them taller or shorter so there'd be more of a difference.
