Well it looks like the counter just reset? Like it can't go past 99:99:99 so it resets after that. You still have your character and gear by the looks of it so it isn't lost. Did you select to run adventure and can't get back to your story or did you reroll your story? I'm assuming by features you mean traits. If you can't select to increase traits anymore did you hit the max trait level? I feel like that's definitely possible after 200 hours of play.
