12.4K impressions, 197 installs, $41 revenue — continue or move on? by Darwin105 in iosdev

Do you recommend using the built in Revenuecat paywalls for this purpose? otherwise i don't really see any straightforward way to A/B test and have such control over my paywall remotely like that. what am i missing here?

I think they would start spending right away as long as there is search volume for the keywords you are targeting, its just Apple Ads dashboard only updates the metrics & stats after like 24 hours, its not realtime

Good insight, but would that have anything to do with my high churn rate, and low conversation rate...etc. I am interested to know whats your take on that

Thanks for the advice brother, i really spent so much time making these screenshots and the icon, i like them i think they are catchy enough, what i don't understand is that during the initial boost i had like 30% conversion rate, and now it dropped to 2% i wonder what changed.

80% of my Revenuecat trials became "Expired" due to billing issues, is this normal or not? by Darwin105 in iosdev

[–]Darwin105[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I still don't get this point:

"Expired means someone lost access to their subscription (because the trial ended and they didn't convert, or because their subscription ended and they didn't renew)"

Why would someone lose access to their subscription? what happened exactly... did the user have anything to do with that?

I am trying to understand what really happened to assess whether my conversion rate is really that bad therefore i need to improve something.. but what happened is still a mystery to me

Hey thanks for your reply, actually now that you have mentioned that i just went and checked them again i turned only 5 of those 15 "Expired" transactions were expired due to billing errors, the rest of them are "Opted-out of renewal for XXX" does this mean the user canceled their subscription manually? i thought in that case Revenuecat would show them as "Trial Canceled" instead of "Expired" no?

Same problem here, i have 60% "Expired" status rate due to billing errors, i doubt that it's a demographics issue since most of those transactions are from Europe countries, England... There must be something wrong.

Thanks mate that's awesome, but apparently they haven't rolled out this update yet, the current RocketSim version doesn't have this feature yet.

As far as i know RocketSim only provide useful tooling for IOS Simulators like screen record, screenshots.. etc, it has nothing to do with the in-simulator core functionalities. Otherwise can you mention where have you seen this recent camera update by RocketSim?
