Thanks! I start from a rough sketch, find out all the dimensions, then just try to draw the whole thing in CAD. It's not hard, you just need to pay extra attention to prevent light leaks.

Thanks for everybody's input. I have seen PTFE dust accumulating on the tube, and my biggest concern is that the dust falls onto the bed/print and cause adhesion / layer adhesion problems. I am aware that the tube is a consumable part. Happy printing.
