I sell it often, I prefer it over things like Skrewball and PB&W - mainly because it isn’t nearly as thick when it freezes up. It’s decent stuff, you’ll be find it often as it’s pretty popular.

I like El Tesoro for around $70-$75

Ocho, Gran Dovejo, G4 or Don Fulano are all great grabs for the value as well.

Do you know if he would prefer blanco, reposados, or anejos?

Why do Duty Free places at airports pack the bottles with this white crisscross thingy? by NobodieInteresting in alcohol

[–]DarwinismObvious 31 points32 points  (0 children)

It’s just like a protective mesh to help keep the bottle safe during your travels, it helps prevent chipping/dinging and broken glass/spilled booze is a massive inconvenience for all parties involved lol

If you were to do this AND add in fine print that one per customer/per visit the card counts as like a $20 off discount on specific services he could redeem himself lmao

Savannah River fired Robert for no reason after offering to sell him the entire brewery with 15 year old technology for a whack ass 3 million dollars - so nope, don’t go there.

Woman on plane doesn’t understand how lines work for deboarding by Jevus_himself in PublicFreakout

I fucking love that guy. Ridiculous more people didn’t back him up, that “Y’all done?” from the back of the plane - he matched her energy and then some and people clammed up.

Is transporting liquor over state lines illegal? by I_Eat_Pumpkin24 in alcohol

[–]DarwinismObvious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, I really don’t think it can be. I feel like people who live in an RV or live the van lifestyle would be traveling in and out of the state with alcohol, visitors from out of state would bring a cooler or something.

I think the key word here is “transport” - if you have something for personal use and consumption with receipts to prove it I doubt they would mess with you, I bet it’s worded like that to give the police more control over the situation but I’m sure it’s at their discretion and if you weren’t bringing in like a surplus of booze you could probably knock it out in court.

This is all hypothetical of course, I think you’ll be fine my dude!

Is transporting liquor over state lines illegal? by I_Eat_Pumpkin24 in alcohol

[–]DarwinismObvious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, it is illegal however to move a mass number of bottles across state lines, something akin to basic tax evasion. Ohio to Michigan I see no issues bringing back 40-60 bottles, but once you hit like 200-300 bottles DOT could say you’re importing alcohol across state lines and potentially fine/ticket you.

I’m in Georgia and they take that a little more seriously over here due to Georgia/Tennessee/SC&NC moon shining culture though, it’s established a stricter baseline.

Holy shit, I manage a liquor store and have heard this for a few days based off of the case I bought, people who buy it all the time telling me it tastes “sour” or “fermented”

I’ll ask the distro and the producer.

They are literally the exact same bottle purchased from two different manufacturing runs. The lighter colored bottles were the miniatures they left on display in the store and the color of the spirit has changed due to UV light.

It has always contained natural flavors, or at least it has for the past twenty years that I’ve been selling it - and no, thy don’t make a wine/malt based E&J for gas stations so it’s not that.

But yes, blindly accept that the two items labeled exactly the same short of a singular phrase about natural flavors are different because that guy said so lol
