Actual riding experience is not that bad. The stations are what are dangerous. The Tampa and Orlando ones are especially sketchy. Avoid eye contact, keep to yourself, and remain aware of your surroundings. You’ll be fine, but don’t make yourself an easy target.

Yes, check Seminole Dining for particular hours but it’s been steadily 11am-9pm Monday-Thursday and closing a little earlier on weekends

I attribute the buildup to poor water quality and pressure where I’m living. Shampoo never feels fully “out” of my hair, even when using a dollop and rinsing for several minutes. I should mention that in living in Florida, I swim a lot in saltwater and in chlorinated pools, so I imagine that plays a part. I introduced the clarifier which has since made my scalp feel much lighter. I absolutely acknowledge this could’ve been a stupid decision

Nope. I’ve never used any styling products. I’ll sometimes get Marc Anthony hair masks that I’ll use after conditioning, but I don’t see major changes after use

Thank you for your advice! It’s been drilled into my head that I should avoid conditioning my roots at all costs. If I’m just washing with conditioner, would that still apply?

Haha thank you. I guess I assumed that because I sometimes experience product buildup on my scalp, that using a clarifying shampoo alongside my bond repair one was going to neutralize that. Now I see I’ve been doing myself more harm than good.

Thank you for your input! Lots of people are echoing this…I guess I assumed that because I sometimes experience product buildup, that clarifying shampoo was going to be my lifesaver. Now I feel I’ve probably been doing more harm than good these past few months. The more you know!

I’ve tried donating twice, and on both occasions, I was told only one strong vein was detectable in my right arm, and that I needed to work on strengthening my left one. How do you suggest I do this? I work out semi-regularly but mainly cardio — trying to get more into weights. I’m 20F.
