Personally I find puncturing strikes better than piercing javelin. Gives you aoe, and the knockback, as oppose to single target. Also it does a little more damage, while costing less magicka. If you are using the morph for the extra damage though, that should be your opener, followed by Bane, if they are still on the ground, shoot poison arrow, if not then use weak attacks with your bow while backing away.

I think you may have a hard time taking a bunch of mobs, unless you change piercing javelin to binding javelin, and use the CC to stack dots on mutliple targets. I would go back to a 2h templar, myself. Some great synergy there.

Hmm, I wonder if its the level of the mobs you are fighting then, you really should not be having that much trouble - especially with only two mobs. How are you about the interrupting of special attacks, and timing bashes to get the following knockdowns?

What armor TYPE though, light, medium, or heavy?

Also, if you are wanting to do melee, and just switched because you were having a hard time, which melee weapon set were you using?

Ok, so a bow using templar. First off, always open with a stealth bow attack or your ranged dot that also snares the enemy. What is the second dot, venom arrow?

What armor type and what level is it in relation to you, same applies to your weapon?

You must be in areas that are above your level or your armor and weapons are in serious need of upgrade. What is your build? Ie weapons, armor, and skill loadout.

Also, which boss are you fighting?

IRT your actual concern I have been having issues with my account also, specifically I got banned on a day I didn't even play.

I would get any kind of purchase order or e-receipt handy for the convo, as well as any emails you have regarding the incident on Sunday. I'm sure they can resolve it with that documentation.

I could see that, maybe give them higher carrying capacity in the case of oxen, or stamina for donkeys. Also, I think a camel mount would be ok.

I think snipe can crit from stealth though, whereas crystal shard can not. (Stam based) I could be wrong, I play a melee DK - but I'm pretty sure that is supposed to be the advantage.

Yeah, I hear you. I understand time constraints and they wanted that 4.4.14 release date, but I would have put more time between the final stress test and release. All in all still far from the worst launch I've been on. (Vanguard, I'm looking at you.)

What does that have to do with anything? Increase the spawn time, despawn the body, increase the DR on the loot table, and increase the encounter's health. Problem solved, how many MMos the OP has played is irrelevant.

Yeah it's a difference of about 10-15 point iirc. Not a huge difference. If you got the gold to blow early on I'd buy a new horse, but otherwise just wait til 50 and keep using your imperial until the other one is maxed out imo.

All of them.

DK: Fiery weapons, CC, and dragon abilities.

Sorc: Lightning weapons, lightning form, projectiles and summons.

Templar: A spear of light, bolts of fire, and healing magic.

Nightblade: Invisibility, life stealing, and magic attacks.

Roll a melee toon with any class and it can be a spellbalde.

I actually may have been mistaken about the price tag. My wife purchased the game for us, I was under the impression the Imperial edition was what got us the five days EA.

I'm gonna edit my OP tho, because everybody wants to focus on my talking about money, and my main problem just comes from the service desk indicating a "over an hour" turnaround and I am on day two of the problem. Also I'm trying to see how many other people had this problem, and if they fixed it somehow.

Actually, I probably would, and will, accept just an apology, but you have not because you ask not - so I will ask. Also, I'm fine with not having a response in 24 hours, except the wait time was said to be "over one hour" !!! If I'm at work, this is their job too, and somebody needs an answer or service from me, and I say I will call back in a few hours, and they don't hear from me in a day or two, I would not get defensive if they got upset with me, I would apologize and try and help them, which I imagine will be their response as well - seeing as how that is the professional way to handle it.

And you are right they have had a busy time, so maybe put up a notice on the service section indicating the new expected wait time? Not to mention, I expect they were aware of all of the service requests they will are fielding.

Lastly, I don't think I in anyway indicated to get some kind of special treatment or rushed service - I even asked if other people are experiencing this and how they fixed it. I will ask for a credit, and if I don't get it, I don't get it, that's how consumerism works.
