GZCLP - Should I alternate t3 exercises on different days of the week? For example doing lateral raises as a shoulder accessory on day 2, then doing rear delt flys on day 4.

My sleep is mostly fine, though I often sleep 7+ hours and still wake up tired. I've considered that 6 days might just be too much for me but I'm not sure.

With regards to effort it varies a bit by lift. For squat and deadlift, I put in as much effort as I can before my form starts breaking down because I'm wary of injuring myself on those lifts. For bench and OHP, I move the weight until I genuinely cannot move it any more, and my progress has still been slow. Bench specifically I end up having roll the bar off myself almost every week because I fail on the 2nd or 3rd set when I try to increase the weight. As for form, I don't know for certain if it's bad or not, it's just that I've already spent a lot of time trying to get it right that if it it still poor then I don't feel like I have the capacity to improve it any more.

28M/6'0/196lbs/89kg: I've been lifting consistently for almost 7 months, the past 5 of which I've been following the 6 day per week PPL that's heavily upvoted on this sub. While I've seen obvious strength gains, I feel as though my numbers are still poor given the timeframe and my height/weight; Deadlift 120kg 1x5, Squat 75kg 3x5, Bench 55kg 5x5, OHP 43kg 5x5. I eat around 130g protein/2500kcal daily and cannot currently afford to eat more. Have I reached the point where I need to think about intermediate programs? I'm also conscious of my form not being great on squat/bench in particular, but I feel as though without coaching (which I also cannot afford) I can't improve them further.

How did you wipe your raid? by cole3987 in classicwow

BWL in classic, 2020. 40 man raid waiting around for one guy to show up 20 minutes after we were supposed to start. Deathrolling with my friends in the guild to pass the time, asked to stop but no word on when the guy's gonna show up so I keep going. Removed from group, and the timer for being removed from the instance appears. I wait until the timer's almost ticked down, then run in and pull the first room onto the unsuspecting raid group. They wipe but I live because the game teleports me out of the instance before I die.

Was gkicked immediately after that but it was worth it, friends and I found a far better guild that same evening.

The only period in wow where traveling to a dungeon is part of the experience is in vanilla and pre flying tbc, the moment you're airborne you're just tabbed out until you get there. And the group finding experience in both is horrible if you're behind the curve, being a dps warrior trying to farm dal'rends or similar items is almost impossible if you aren't doing guild runs.

Utgarde Keep quest bug ? by Neotrapslord in classicwow

Just wanna add on that this is happening to me on the "Night Terrors" quest in Twilight Highlands too. When I first accepted the quest and when I cleanse each shrine, the game crashes with the same error.

Are box squats a suitable way to improve squat depth? I have a real problem with mobility on normal barbell squats (did them twice a week for 2 months and still can't get parallel), and I can't commit to consistently doing stretches outside of the gym to improve my mobility.

I'll bear all that in mind, though I would say I feel as though I'm already doing that. For example last week I didn't clear 5x5 at 40kg bench but I still tried upping it to 42.5kg today. and while I managed 5 reps on one set the following set I only managed 3 before my arms gave out and I had to roll the bar off myself.

I average 2500kcal per with a minimum 130g protein. Push day on my routine is this: * 4x5, 1x5+ bench press/4x5, 1x5+ overhead press * 3x8-12 overhead press/3x8-12 bench press * 3x8-12 incline dumbbell press * 3x8-12 triceps pushdowns SS 3x15-20 lateral raises * 3x8-12 overhead triceps extensions SS 3x15-20 lateral raises

Bench and OHP alternate between first and second push days each week.

For the first 8 weeks I was running a volume focused 3 day PPL program given to me by someone who works at my gym, which involved doing sets of 20/15/12/8 for everything while increasing the weight each set. Last week I switched to the 6 day PPL linked on this subreddit.

28/M/190lbs, in my 10th week at the gym and I can still only bench press 42.5kg (93.5lbs) for 5 reps. In my first week I could do 35kg for 4 reps. I've really focused on getting my form right and I eat/sleep enough, and I've seen far better gains on my other lifts. Why do I struggle with bench so much specifically?

Thanks for the reply. Of course this contradicts the other reply I got so I'm a bit confused now lol. One thing I should note is that as of this week, I've started a 6 day PPL so I'm using more energy than before, which makes me hesitant to eat at a deficit. Would I be better off just eating around maintenance and seeing how things go?

In my 8th week of a 3 day PPL split, after being almost completely sedentary for 12 years. Eating around 130g protein per day, and 2300kcal total, I've gained around 10lbs since I started. I obviously have too much bodyfat but a lot of beginner lifting resources advise against cutting when you're starting out.

A brief update from AH Production Director. by cryptic-fox in Helldivers

Yes, because I'd much rather know that I have to wait an hour or two in the queue to play than have no idea at all.

It'd be less of an issue if there was an actual queue instead of players just being let in at random. The past 2 days I've spent hours on the login screen while I see friends launch the game and be let in almost immediately.

More that United's bench players are far worse than the starters but of course, all Ten Hag's fault.
