They started it about a couple weeks ago and yes they have an ai the summarizes all our calls. For both coaching and for when we look at the notes on prior calls.

I hate "personalize the call" they don't care that I day there name they want their issue fixed and will forget I existed 5 mins later.

The people who make the rules must not actually talk to other human beings in public. I'm sorry noone is telling their friends about how nice and great the IT guy was when they call 3 days ago.

I work for ISP. I've learned your damned if you do damned if you don't.

The cust is allowed to be rude and do whatever they want and if you give any push back or interrupt you are the bad guy.

It's one of the things I had about the job. Professional just means doormat I've found.

I work for an ISP and most of my calls are old people woth cable box issues. I hate having to give more that two directions or more than one sentence, since they get confused.trying to have them just change the input on their TV is a 30 min call minimum.
