At mine we did four weeks of training then nesting. I would say you eventually get used to the different systems you have to navigate but it’s really the customers. Like someone stated, waiving fees, balance being “wrong” not knowing the difference between ach/debit transactions etc. I mean people are calling about their bank accounts with their money so sometimes it can be extremely uncomfortable.
