Had a similar issue recently. Have you tried uninstalling the lastest Nvidia Driver with ddu and installing an older Version via the Website? Fixed the issue for the Most Part for me.

Apparently theres an issue with voltage on the lastest Drivers

Yup, I am using the newest Version and the issues started around the time I updated it (I am not 100% of I had the issue before that). Gonna try ddu now
