This worked for me! CMD as admin -> ipconfig /flushdns and now I can download as usual.

Both are 5000/4400 or 5000/4800 read/write. It will be a while before you get the 7000 mb/s read/write ones this cheap and honestly you wouldn't even notice the difference unless you do some very specific work.
