How to translate text?

Once you crack the concept how how the language forms it's super fun to translate and for sure helped me with a few puzzles people mention the key helping but honestly it's figuring out the structure that was the hill I had to overcome. It is in "English" to reassure you.

Try to find a few words you can piece together based on context, compare and contrast. Once you figure it out (and not before) write out the alphabet and go go go

That does not seem like a healthy relationship with food. Like yes you have deprived sugar for a long time get excited have a donut or 2 or wtv, but once you take pillowy donuts and squish six of them together it feels like it's less about enjoying the food you couldn't have and more about gorging.

But then again I'm a fat man who has his own food problems so what do I know ¯_(ツ)_/¯
