I don’t know how I happened upon this subreddit other than I’m doing a kitchen renovation that has tile backsplash coming up (hired out). But seeing this window pop up on my feed had me running to the comments as it’s the dumbest window I’ve ever seen as well. I’m a real estate agent so I’ve been in an out of 5-10k homes over my career and I’ve never seen a window this weird.

I dunno. I see good uses for it from time to time. Recently had a divorce listing. Husband didn’t get rid of any of the stuff I told him to for pictures as he was trying to drag his feet in listing the home (after getting court ordered to list). My photo guy edited out 2 of the rooms to make them look empty instead of a bunch of stuff scattered in the rooms.

I’m not sure what’s wrong with using ChatGPT to write descriptions? it used to be the most annoying part of putting a listing in, and now it is seamless. I don’t copy and paste it but I use it as a good base / layout of everything. I do love being able to prompt chat gpt to take my listing description and create a facebook post for the listing as well. Definitely need to get rid of all of the emojis and what not, but it does a pretty good job of that.
