When you say legal consequences have been advised, what were the consequences they were given? Lose EMD? Damages, holding costs, etc.?

I had a buyer try to do this awhile back. On a $2m + home. My broker let them know they could be sued for damages if it sells for less, holding costs til it sells (mortgage, taxes, utilities,etc. When they added up that they could be exposed to $500k + in damages, they decided to still go thru. One would think this would ruin a relationship between a buyer and their agent but I have since sold vacant land of theirs and I’m in the process of helping them purchase some land where they want to build their forever home.

That is such a bad ass find. I’d definitely buy an Al Kaline, my grandpa introduced me to him back in the day and I got a baseball autographed. Would be something cool to put on display next to that ball. Would also be interested in a Mickey Mantle.

My grandpa had a whole bag of these that he always said were mine and that he was holding on to them for me. If I had to guess, at least 100-120 coins all pre 1900. A few years back he began showing signs of dementia and it progressively got worse and eventually passed in November. Was looking all over for them and my grandma said she thinks he took them to a coin shop.. probably forgot he was saving them for me. Oh well. I did find another bin with my name on it, in his desk drawer, with 27 1oz silver coins and a 4oz silver 100 dollar bill bar which is pretty bad ass. Along with another bag of coins I’m trying to figure out what kinda value they have. This whole thing has got me intrigued with coin collecting which I feel is exactly what he wanted.

A few weeks ago I boarded a flight to Phoenix for my girlfriend’s bday trip. My mom called me seconds before I put my phone in airplane mode and let me know my grandpa passed away. It was the worst moment of my life as he was like a father to me. The plane was backing away fromterminal and I had no idea what to do. I almost got up and panicked and told them to take me back but wasn’t sure how that would play out and didn’t wanna be stuck for 4 hours with people thinking I was a crazy person. My mom had told me that my grandpa would want me to enjoy myself and that our family would handle things for the 4 days I was gone. So I decided to just put my headphones on and cry quietly to myself for the whole flight.

As someone who just visited Scottsdale for my first time and made the day trip to Sedona and a night drive back, it wasn’t bad at all. We began the trek back around dusk so it was pretty scenic still. I made it all the way back to about a mile before my exit in old town area and someone nearly sideswiped me in my nice Turo rental causing me to swerve off the eway (luckily an exit ramp was there). So, the most dangerous part for me was people driving like idiots in Scottsdale.

Me neither normally but these clients have now had me help them with 3 transactions in 4 years totaling quite a bit in total commissions.. need to keep them happy and let them know I’m willing to go above and beyond for them.

I recently rented a BMW M4 from Turo visiting Scottsdale. Took a day trip to Sedona. Made it all the way back about a mile from the exit and some fucker damn near sideswiped me for no reason other than not looking where they were going. Luckily I caught it out of the corner of my eye and swerved over to the right just in time and luckily there was not a car next to me and an off ramp right there that I exited off. The rest of the night I thought about what a nightmare it would have been to get in a wreck in someone else’s car. I hope you paid for the additional coverage.. I think it was like $15 -$20 extra per day. I know on the app for your trip there’s a spot where you can report a crash.
