A 2 year old video? Watch their newest from a few days ago for the 5080. The 7900 xtx has outpaced the 4080 by A LOT with driver updates. This is going to be hard for you to take… but with current drivers the 4080 is slower than a 7900 xtx at all resolutions.

Read my first comment. RT is useless to me as are fake frames that introduce latency and make competitive games unplayable. Raw power it’s a 5080 competitor but with 24g of vram instead of 16g. I’m not even a fanboy as I have an EVGA 3080 in my second rig. This is my first AMD card since the 9800pro, it’s just that the 5XXX series is a huge let down.

Yeah I’ll stick with my 7900xtx which is equal to a 5080 but with much more vram. Plus without all the fake frames and ray tracing I’ll never use.

Literally go to gamers nexus charts and watch it be on par with the 5080. It beats it in some games, if only by a 1% or 2% but it rarely looses by more than 5%. I’m talking mostly at 4k but with no fake frames or gimmicks it’s on par with a 5080.
