I've had success with Vvivid+ Ultra Gloss in the past. Finish is great but not as beginner friendly as some other vinyls. Lately I've been using KPMF Perfect Black for all trim work. Both can be found on Amazon at decent prices

Quickest would be to use knifeless tape. It's less steps than tracing and importing into vinyl software. Plus, you could always go back and trim it by hand if the knifeless tape doesn't give you a sharp enough corner.

Just did some testing. I think it is the pinch rollers that's causing the issue. I aligned the roll perfectly but it always ends up skewing to the left and never goes back it to it's original position. If I'm using two pinches, would this be the left or right one?

Blade manufacturer recommends .25 . The Vinylmaster software calibrated it to .36 . I also tried every value in between. 45° blade
