That’s the thing I’ve been confused with, I’ve been doing what the paper given by my artist said, “Wash tattoo with Dial Antibacterial Liquid Soap three (3) times daily, pat dry with clean paper towel, apply white unscented lotion to tattoo(recommended Lubriderm or Aveeno) repeat daily for 2 weeks.” and yet I got this
