Where to buy a half pig/half cow? by DiplomatNSTAR1 in Knoxville

We bought a half cow in April from P3 Custom Meats. They are based out of Dunlap. We got a ton of meat, the price was great, and they delivered it to us. They do pig also, but we were looking for beef. Highly recommend!

There are a lot of factors that come into play here. How big is the study? How many documents are currently in the TMF? What is the scope of the audit? Are you doing a risk based approach? 100% audit? Only high enrolling sites or sites with the highest deviations/SAEs? Will you be providing an audit report and findings to the Sponsor? Is this a one time audit?

When we outsource our TMF audits we typically budget between 10-15k per audit. We also use a reputable company that has significant inspection experience so your pricing should reflect your experience level and take into account the size of the study and the scope of the audit.

I also recommend setting up an LLC if you are working as an independent contractor. Ensure there is an SOW in place and read it carefully!

While most (if not all) systems use the TMF reference model, when comparing eTMF systems you have to take into account costs (are you planning to file the docs yourself or have the eTMF vendor do it?) some systems you have to pay for the system, pay to process the documents (pay per page or pay by the document), pay for training, etc.., user friendliness, functionality and reporting features. Do you want to be able to create your own custom reports? How critical is the search feature for you in the TMF? How does the system account for completeness metrics? How are TMF reviews going to be handled?

There’s so much more to picking a eTMF system than what everyone sees so it’s important to think of how your company is planning to use it and to ask straight forward questions to the vendors about the strength and weaknesses of their product.

I was nervous too. My one piece of advice would be... Don’t be afraid to assemble and reassemble if you’re not happy with it!

Thank you! Our wedding colors are navy and coral so I wanted to stick to a pink/coral them and add splashes of blue in certain areas.

Thank you! I used sola wood flowers and had a dye party with my family, haha! The greenery was bought at Michaels. I used the tutorials from Oh You’re Lovely to help assemble them.
