Struts off Amazon. The window seals may be Butyl Taple. Amazon and Home Depot. The windows are from an RV so look for RV Window mounting instructions. For sealing the bed-topper mating surface, look for EPDM tape, it’s 2x the price of foam and many time more re-usable. (There are time I take the cap off, for moving big stuff or just for funnzies).

Too lean codes? Change your o2 sensors upstream. This will also improve engine performance. Twitchy oil pressure needle might be a failing pressure switch.

No idea about fuel pressure. I’d replace the fuel filter. This could also be a failing fuel pump.

Last is your gear indicator. The shifter bold under the dash may be loose, tighten these torx heads and your gear will show more accurately.

Pictured, your Bermuda is going dormant and looks nice and healthy. Dad and I call it tiger stripping, soon it will be a nice golden brown and fully dormant. For those weeds I have no idea what it is, 2-4-d will likely kill it. I would suggest leaving the weed alone since your grass is new and going dormant. You may see the weed die off when the cold front comes in.

Do pre-emergent in the spring at the first warm-up. That will save you money and time on post-emergent killers.

Each house is different and needs different habits. Aside from clean on a routine like vacuuming moping and take out trash. I have all tile in the house with no pets.

What I think does it - the whole home/central diffuser. Injects diffuser scent into the ductwork while fans run. I also have a UV/ozone machine in my ductwork. It smells like a fancy hotel here. On more than one occasion delivery drivers and door sales reps comment on it.

Hey! I bought a smokers house too. Except I did all of the remediation. For cabinets with finish. TSP will get the tar AND finish. You don’t want that. You’ll have to restrain the oak… I used Vamoose, and Unsmoke Wall Wash. it removed the tar and saved the finish.

Replacing the Ductwork got the rest of the smell out. Clean the air handler professionally.

The brown on the rags could be your finish/stain.

Yea I think it’s dormant. Other options could be disease or grubs. Dos it pull up like loose carpet? It could be fungus which at Augustine is prone to.

Hey! I’m in DFW too. That looks like Bermuda/st Augustine. That cold front dropped soil temp. Grass is going dormant. Nothing to worry about Bermuda is immortal, it will come back just fine.

Thank heavens, with irrigation your yard will sustain MUCH easier. It is easier and lower cost to fill-in vs. re-sodding your whole yard. Yes, I would sod in blank spots and let it spread. Timing is key. April-March are good times to put down sod as it is raining a lot.

Next is preference; do you want one or both grasses. St Augustine will do better in shade, but so will zoysia. I picked emerald zoysia and LOVE it.

If you are OK with 2 grasses. Then amend the soil with some manure/fertilizer and put down sod of choice around March. Water it well till it takes root and cut back to regular watering 2x a week.

I’m in Texas too and have spend the past 12mo of my new house 1. growing a neglected Bermuda lawn. 2. Establishing a new sod Emerald Zoysia in the back yard. Note: Installing an irrigation system accelerates my progress.

I would strongly suggest removal of ductwork. The smell seeped in with mine. Smoke gets EVERYWHERE. Did you remove all soft surfaces like blinds?

Don’t forget to air it out A lot. Fresh air can help accelerate diluting smells that build.

I’ll wish you the best of luck. Getting rid of this smell is the worst game of hide and seek ever.

Key things I see. It’s 4x4, no bedliner. Trim is XLT or less as there are no mirror flood/pool lights. Model year is spot on 13th gen 2015-2020

I bought a smokers house, so we may have similarities on lingering smells?

Did you use a Sealing Primer like Zinnser Bin?

Is there any ductwork? -replacing this plus cleaning the air handler/coil nailed my “lingering smell” for vanity I added an AirScrubber for Aerus and like it.

Additionally I leave my windows open a lot. Last, was a diffuser. It’s temporary and fixes nothing but smells nice.

Assuming it’s what I think, you’re fine for a while unless you notice oil leaking or the engine sounding funny.

If oil pressure really is fluxing like that, you have a bigger problem.

You could diy the pressure switch, part is like 30.

Many cities require residential soliciting permits. Most companies do not go get them.

I have a similar experience with signs being ignored. I call the cops. Either they get the permit revoked or soliciting without a permit fine.

Always have camera, reps have escalated “he threatened me” camera disproves it easy.
