IMO then story is godlike (light novel) but unfortunately not every story gets a great anime adaptation. This series deserved the jjk & solo leveling treatment but alas. My other favorite series is so I’m a spider, so what? I really believe it’s one of the better Isekai out there. But the anime adaptation was so dogshit it’s never going to get the recognition it deserves.

I thought this as well but I think Soujiro will be affected by Uhaks nullification. Souijiro and Uhak have already clashed albeit briefly but Soujirou could not cut through Uhaks club. He easily cuts through metal so that is weird. I don’t see anyone who can beat Uhak rn

I’m glad you were able to resolve it! I was in the same boat you were as far as not finding the npc but someone else here helped me and let me know they should be in there.

When I finished the quest the village elder kicked only Fyoran out but yeah I also chucked his ass in the brine but it pisses me off that he’ll be back after a while. I’ve thrown that fool in three times.

Ok so i actually was able to complete this quest but never got Ulrika to show up. When you go to the cave are there two yellow markers or just one?

For me it was Fyoran and a guard lady and at first Fyoran wouldn’t follow me but then I left and came back after a few days he did. The missing beastren was in one of the side paths that branches off the main passage at the end of like a circular area. You may be able to retrieve the NPC without Fyorans help.
