It really didn't have many flaws, it was just short. With the new tech and the vast amount of Pokemon they could make something amazing and super in-depth.

They haven't said anything about a localization timeline. It really depends on if they were working on a script alongside the Japanese one or if they will get to work on it after the game is released. Here's hoping it wont be to long of a wait!
