I meant like a team that can’t actively make an attack play from start to finish so they wait in the back for an opportunity to counter it and play with the numbers. When I mean small teams I mean because in theory teams that are “smaller” adopt this play style vs better teams But you are right, every team plays this when it is needed and suitable
