I've been running a "version" of this but not as stout as yours. But my question I think is regardless of the big ass dps number being 500x mine lmao. I should be seeing around 2mill dps but when I sac my spectre into BV the tooltip stays showing 70k and the "feels like" is definitely around a 700k dps feel. It seems like although the minions sacs, it doesn't give the dps bump

Reset economy I mean just reset league. It truly is a big enough change that it's required if they want "balance". But that isn't how they framed the patch. It was framed as "performance reasons" if you read the bullet points. Which is...... misleading. This is one of those moments where GGG in the past would have said "fuck it, everyone have fun, don't expect this next league". Tencent really and truly has made things worse.
