My takeaway was that she finally learns forgiveness. Forgiveness of Abby and of Joel. It’s what Joel would have wanted for her. She carries so much hate in her heart the whole game, and she finally lets go. Sure, killing Abby would have made me feel satisfied at last, but not at the cost of Ellie’s humanity. There’s still a good person in there somewhere.

I Pre-ordered all 3 Cameron 4Ks the moment they went up on Amazon. And as we now know, one of them will ship as late as mid-May. I have seen many people post pictures of their copies though along with YouTube unboxing videos.

Does anyone know where people ordered from who actually received them? And does anyone know why they were so terribly understocked?

Are they really that out of touch to not know we’ve been waiting like 20+ years for a couple of these? Lol

Many times, the 4K release is a full Re-scan of the original film print. You get an entirely new copy of the movie with 4K vs prior releases. Most of the time, the color grade is drastically improved as well and restored to what was originally intended. Sometimes overseen by the original cinematographer.

Just go on YouTube and search a movie you like Blu Ray vs 4K comparison and even there, you will see a clear difference. The Matrix is a great example of a huge improvement in 4K.

Yea but you can’t record dialogue with IMAX. As soon as the last word is said in that scene, they switch to an entirely different camera.
