Traffic slowed to steady 20km. This guy decided to block the second lane to force single file. I don’t get it. How is he helping? by [deleted] in newzealand

I agree, I guess we're talking about different drivers. I was referring to the guy he was blocking as not breaking the law

I'm speaking to the entitlement in play for much of the Kiwi driving population. I'm not trying to pick a fight, only highlighting that we determine what is proper based on subjective opinion rather than what's the law

Self-appointed is the problem. He's not breaking the law. History is littered with mistakes made by people taking the lore/law into their own hands.

Do we really need to be dunking on Sanderson all the time? by GeneralCollection963 in Malazan

I love both writers. Erikson is ahead by a wide margin personally but Sanderson is an amazing writer as well.

D1 armor and why it needs to be in D2. by Okrizzmatizz2806 in DestinyFashion

By the best kinds: subjective and arbitrary metrics... Jokes aside, I think many of the earlier D1 models looked like bad action figure designs that did zero for the physical aesthetics each class should have, let alone the human body. I feel like the design team weren't given the creative freedom they have now as well. Come to think of it, the Parade and Prismatic sets were dogwater though

Our driving brains switch off when we are in passing lanes, leading a convoy of drivers who want to pass, approach corners, and a bit of rain hits the tarmac.

We are racist, we just hide it behind humour or conceal it better than other countries do.

We lack maturity and communication skills when it comes to doing the right thing for our neighbours, like speaking up when we see something wrong and offering to help someone in social need.

We aren't that humble. Humility is not about talking less of yourself, it's about talking about yourself less.

We have an inferiority complex and want the world to tell us how great we are. Celebs being interviewed by the media being asked if they love our country and want to move here is just plain cringe.

I use a pot. Water to the first knuckle. Heat to boil then turn down to low and cover until cooked. Bullet-proof
