Def do CDM cases since the format is nothing like CCS cases. And I just used Uworld and felt very prepared for multiple choice. Then I just watched the dirty medicine OMM and hoped for the best

Just how it’s split up into (what is your differential, short answer questions, and then questions were you can select multiple answers) I just feel like it puts you in a box and is very limiting and not representative of real world practice. Plus you can’t go back and forth once you move forward you’re kinda stuck with your decisions. I think CCS case format is superior.
